Why he's standing:
Anson is under-valued. Anson shareholders deserve better. Spent six months attempting constructive engagement with the Board — writing three times without a response — before exercising rights under section 249D of the Corporations Act. Anson is failing to make a coherent case for investment in the Company and failing to communicate - this is not the way to earn the trust and confidence of the capital markets Anson depends on for success. I want to help formulate Anson’s strategy and equity story then communicate progress to support the market value Anson’s shares.
